Most kitchens around here close by eleven, and most lounges clear the tables for a dance floor by midnight. Ours runs to 4 AM in the format it started in.
Kitchen until 2:30 AM
International and Eastern European — salmon steak, borscht, handmade pelmeni, five kinds of stroganoff. A full dinner at one in the morning, not fried snacks.
Shisha & membership

IZZI Rooftop — Restaurant, Bar & Shisha Lounge sits five floors up on Jl. Batu Belig No.38 in Kerobokan Kelod, on the seam between Canggu and Seminyak. It is a rooftop restaurant with a 180° ocean view, a full cocktail bar and one of the largest shisha lounges in Bali — 212+ tobacco flavours and carved fruit heads. Open daily 2 PM to 4 AM, with the kitchen running until 2:30 AM.
